3. Marketplace platform

BunzlOne is a marketplace where products may be offered by BunzlOne and connected Marketplace Sellers. Sellers may manage their own product information, assortments, prices, conditions, availability and other product-related information.

Although BunzlOne makes reasonable efforts to display information on the platform carefully, BunzlOne cannot guarantee that all information provided by Marketplace Sellers is always complete, accurate, up to date or free from errors.

Marketplace Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the product information they provide, including product descriptions, images, specifications, documentation, availability and delivery information.

4. Product information and prices

All product information, prices, availability, delivery times, specifications and images on BunzlOne are processed with care. However, errors, omissions or delays in updates may occur.

No rights can be derived from product information, images, prices, stock indications, delivery times or other information on BunzlOne, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.

BunzlOne reserves the right to amend, correct or remove information on the platform where necessary.

BunzlOne uses a marketplace model in which Marketplace Sellers may be involved in fulfilling orders. The customer relationship and invoicing towards the customer are handled by BunzlOne.

Deliveries may be carried out by BunzlOne, Marketplace Sellers or logistics partners. Delivery times and availability may depend on sellers, logistics processes, stock positions and external circumstances.

BunzlOne is not liable for delays, errors or omissions resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Availability of the platform

BunzlOne aims to keep the platform safe, reliable and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions, malfunctions, errors or security incidents.

BunzlOne may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, security measures, technical improvements or other operational reasons.
